I was born in 1953 in Angoulême. I still live and work in this town, located in South-Western France, with my wife Catherine, my daughter Lucie and my son Julien, who is also my webmaster.
I attained my National Fine Arts diploma (sculpture, mention for drawing) in 1977. I did many personal and group exhibitions, at first local and then international since the year 2003.

I drew and painted in a traditional way until the year of 1999. During this period, I began to use a computer and digital imaging software to create digital pictures, still keeping a surrealistic inspiration.

Imagination and chance hold a large place in the creation of my pictures, which are also works of experimentation and research. What I love in the process, which is some “stream-of-consciousness”, is the discovery of the painting I am doing, because I do not know what will happen until it is finished.

You can see more pictures of mine at this excellent site, Renderosity.

Have a nice visit.
